SHIPPING and HANDLING

You are welcome to email or call if you need more shipping information.
Shipping/H:--~ Is based on current cost of shipping rates and supplies needed to properly pack your item/items for shipment. We try to recycle/reuse packing materials, peanuts and boxes where it is workable when packing your items/item. All items when shipped have either insurance or confirmation.
Insurance is offered. On some items we ask you to insure. Or you may send us an email stating we are not responsible for your item. We ship our products with great care, but we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands.
We do combine shipping when possible. For example, with the Tootise Toys most other items can not be combined in the box the Tootsie Toys are shipped in. Some books can be combined some cannot.
We Ship to: United States (Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Also to APO and FPO address. We will happily ship internationally, however, please note that many countries have restrictions on package sizes and the type of goods shipped. Please email us for a shipping quote for international shipping. [email protected] Please allow us time to process your request.
International Shipping is via USPS. Payment/Shipping/Handling requires Paypal or Google as your method of payment. You may email before your purchse for your shipping amount. We will need your complete address. Alaska and Hawaii Shipping will be slightly higher than what is stated. You will need to email us with your zip code for the correct amount.
We DO mail to your APO and FPO address. Should there be a slight increase in postage to your APO or FPO address we will pay the amount above the shipping amount stated on the description page. It is the least we can do for those who protect us. Thank you. Yes, Families and Friends we will ship for you to an APO or FPO address. We even gift wrap.

Craft Items
Craft Item/Items are designed and crafted by pinecone 64. When an Item/Items contain a vintage fabric, notions or trims, we tell you in the description of the item. No two items are the same. Due to the Handmade Nature of the items they may vary slightly in size and color of photos and descriptions. This simply adds character to your handmade piece.
Yes, we do special orders. Allow 3-6 weeks for special orders. Please contact us if you have a need for special items.
